Flyearn is a White Label Learning Management System (LMS) developed and operated by KHAOUITI Apps. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all users, including organizations licensing the platform, administrators, instructors, and students.
Service Description
Flyearn provides a comprehensive B2B white-label LMS solution that enables organizations to:
- Create and manage online courses with video content and assessments
- Enroll and track student progress and performance
- Issue and manage digital certificates upon course completion
- Customize the platform with their own branding
- Manage users, roles, and permissions
White Label License
Organizations licensing Flyearn receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. The license includes:
- Right to customize branding, logos, and color schemes
- Right to use under your own domain name
- Access to updates and security patches
- Technical support as per your subscription plan
Important: You may not sublicense, resell, or transfer the platform to third parties without written consent from KHAOUITI Apps.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of account credentials
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights of all content
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the platform to transmit malicious code or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
Data Collection
We collect user information (name, email, usage data) necessary for platform functionality and service improvement.
Data Usage
Data is used solely for platform operations, analytics, and providing support. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New B2B clients may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase if the platform does not meet your requirements.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds apply only to the first 30 days of initial subscription
- Recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable
- Custom development fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@khaouiti-apps.com
- Processing time: 10-14 business days
Note: No refunds are provided for partial months of service or for accounts terminated due to terms violations.
Limitation of Liability
Flyearn and KHAOUITI Apps provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Service interruptions or downtime (except as guaranteed in SLA)
- Third-party content or actions of platform users
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
